Our History
Christian Wolf, an ambitious real estate agent with a vision for the future, founded CW Europe Group in Marbella in 2013. Of his many talents, Christian stood out for his expertise in marketing, in particular utilising Google for business expansion. Christian’s innovative marketing approaches to property development laid the foundation for CW Group’s success and established the company as a leading market player in the property industry. Over the years, Christian’s leadership and expertise have propelled CW Group / CW Mansions to new heights, consistently setting and exceeding industry standards. He has always had his partner Antonio by his side, no matter how much and how long the work has been. With Mr Keil and also with Christian, the word “give up” is never in their vocabulary.
Our story
Coming out of a serious personal setback that led to deep disappointment, Mr Wolf was able to find consolation in the work he was carrying out and found precious assistance from Antonio Keil, his first important business connection in Marbella. An experienced professional in the property industry, Mr Antonio possessed a singular ability to empathise, to motivate people and to inspire them. This partnership was the beginning to their success, as Antonio had an innate ability to read people and find the perfect property for them. Their transformational working relationship began in 2014, a defining year as CW Group grew its business and relocated to Ibiza.
The market showed signs of economic recovery in 2015, despite the initial challenges. Mr Wolf’s innovation in securing prime Google rankings quickly put CW Group / CW Mansions in a leadership position in the Ibizan real estate market. This strategic expansion and innovative marketing approach established CW Group as one of the leading property agencies on the island.

Over the years, Mr Wolf and Mr Keil have been instrumental in completing some of the most significant transactions in the Ibiza property market. Through their strategic involvement in various property projects, they have generated substantial profits and gained an unrivalled reputation and expertise. With the opening of a second agency in the centre of Ibiza in 2021, they continue to build on their success.
With a fresh, unconventional approach to multi-agency collaboration and innovative online property marketing strategies, Wolf and Keil, along with their dedicated team of staff – Ivano Recchia, Sharon de Jong, Tim Halbhuber, Mauro Ricciardi and Sandra Doldinger – have introduced a new concept: “Profiting together is better than earning nothing at all”.
